Appointment confirmation via email with attached contract (which covers my terms and General Data Protection Regulation), self-referral form, symptom/clinical/eating evaluations and sample monitoring diary. The information is considered prior to the appointment and is important to individualise dietary treatment.
The initial appointment lasts one hour. We agree a plan with expected improvements. Supporting information (leaflets) is shared on line and/or put in the post. Within 7 days of the appointment, you receive a detailed summary letter to help you with the plan. With consent, the letter is copied to appropriate health professionals.
Follow-ups are 30-45 minutes and strongly recommended to check if the plan agreed in the initial appointment is working and diet, with changes, is nutritionally adequate.

My price is competitive when you consider ‘what to expect’ and I operate an open door whereby you can contact me via phone, text or email because I understand you may have queries outside the clinic room. It’s a supportive service.
There is no difference in the price for the Face to Face clinic and Skype/Face Time. The level of service is the same.
Face to Face clinic will be on a Friday morning at KIMS (8.30 – 13.00) and Saturday mornings at Springbank (9.30 -12.30) from May 2021. Virtual clinics continue to be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To provide flexibility; ad-hoc appointments at different times are available at request.
