I have experienced childhood from a perspective of severe asthma, eczema and allergies. As an adult, I have successfully helped many with an irritable bowel (IBS), intolerance, weight and eating problems. Working in health care has taught me challenges happen regardless of age, size, health and background. When they do, I always give what I would expect if I was troubled: confidence and practical help to navigate towards wellness using best practice. I offer a personalised service and recognise only you can make the changes but I am here to help you; side by side, step by step.
I qualified from Kings College London with a Bachelor in Science in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2009. I was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Allergy from Southampton University in November 2018. Previous to dietetics I worked in finance.
Alongside private practice since 2010, I practiced as specialist gastroenterology and specialist weight management dietitian for NHS services. I have worked privately within an adult and adolescent mental health (CAMHs) service and have experience in eating disorders. I began full-time private practice from May 2018.
I provide a range of dietary treatments with an evidence-based approach.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professional Council and the British Dietetic Association, including their Allergy and Intolerance, Gastroenterology, Mental Health, Obesity and Freelance Groups.
I am also registered with a number of private health insurance companies, including Allianz Worldwide Care, Aviva, Axa PPP Healthcare, BUPA, Cigna, WPA and Vitality Health.
Apart from clinical work, I enjoy learning about other cultures and keeping fit.
